Last-Minute Romney Revisions

On Monday, the Romney campaign debuted a new slogan,

“A new tomorrow begins tomorrow.”

Hastily revising in view of changed conditions, and with a view towards possible future developments, the campaign has issued its new watchword:

“A new tomorrow begins today.  Tomorrow, it shall have begun yesterday; and the day after that, the day before.  And so on.”

In a surprise development, the former governor and former moderate announced that he would not  after all  use his first day in office to declare war on Iran.  Instead, he will launch a nuclear strike against Iraq.  “Let’s do it right this time.”

His enthusiastic base agreed.  "Whatever!"
